"Pasta and Salads were really good. The Pizza is too crusty or maybe burnt for our liking. We recommend the Mango Crab Garden Salad, Prawn Aglio Olio and the Truffle Mac and Cheese. Service was really good. They explained the promotions available. Servers were very attentive too. And they provided birthday cake and birthday song for our celebrant. I will definitely go back."

"Their chicken piccata is excellent. Although we were a little underwhelmed with the size of the chicken. The mashed potato and beans were perfect. We also ordered mama lou's special pizza. It was really good. The pasta on the linguine salmon is so delicious. Unfortunately, we thought the salmon did not go well with the pasta. All in all, we enjoyed our dinner there. Tge staff are friendly and attentive. We asked whether the mashed potato comes with a gravy, and we were told no. However after a while, they brought us a cup of gravy for us to enjoy our mashed potato more."

"Food is great! Although there were a lot of items in the menu at the time that were unavailable, maybe because this is their furthest branch from manila. But I hope it improves in the nearest future. Services is just okay! They are a bit understaffed at the time of our visit, we had a bit of a difficulty trying to get their attention in both having our orders, asking for water and billing out..I hope this greatly improve in the nearest future. We will definitely visit again since we love Mama Lou's when we were still living in Manila, and we are glad that it is here up north in SM City Bataan!"

"We went there a few weeks after their opening and the majority of their specialties were already unavailable. And even though we have to settle for other things, we still had a nice dinner. The several kinds of pasta that we ordered were flavorful and distinct from each other. Notable pasta was their mussels one and the least was their truffle carbonara. Their Mama's Pesto Al Pollo was great, there were surprise vegetables in it like green beans and potatoes, but still great nonetheless. And their Ribeye Steak Salpicao was very tender. We ordered the Mama Lou's Special thin crust pizza and it was delicious. We were informed that the pizza comes with arugula but was currently unavailable yet still ordered it to try. The crust was fantastic and the combination of salty cheese, cured meats, and fresh mango was actually nice. Service was fantastic and very patient since we had to go through such time ordering, checking if the food was available and if not, looking again for a new dish that's hopefully available that day. I look forward to trying more dishes from this restaurant."
